Professor Berman's Updates on
Federal Sentencing:
An informal, 60-90 minute presentation by Professor Douglas Berman of the Moritz College of Law at Ohio State University,covering the recent Supreme Court opinions in Watson, Kimbraugh and Gall involving key rulings on federal sentencing, as well as the new sentencing guideline amendments for crack cocaine. Prof. Berman is a nationally renowned sentencing scholar, as well as the sole creator and author of the widely-read and widely-cited web log, Sentencing Law and Policy.
